Heavy-Duty Mat Line Capacity Expanded

We have increased capacity on our heavy-duty and bog-mat lines to shorten lead times on bulk export orders.

Why we expanded

Heavy-duty and bog mats are the slowest items to produce in the range — they use the most material and the longest press cycles — so they were the first to bottleneck when bulk orders stacked up in spring and autumn. The extra press capacity targets exactly that constraint.

Faster lead times on heavy mats

With the additional lines running, we can turn around large export orders of heavy-duty ground protection mats and bog mats more quickly, even at peak season. The aim is to hold quoted lead times through the busy months rather than letting them stretch when demand climbs.

What it means for buyers

For contractors and rental fleets ordering at container scale, the practical effect is a firmer delivery date and steadier unit pricing on the heaviest mats. If you are planning a season’s fleet purchase, earlier confirmation of the slot is now easier to secure.
