We have added square and round outrigger pad sizes so operators can match pad area to the outrigger load and the ground rather than making do with one size. Correct sizing — load divided by area kept under the soil’s safe bearing pressure — is what keeps a crane leg from sinking, so a fuller size range is a direct safety gain.

Square and round, by foot type

Square outrigger pads put the most area under large floats and spreader feet on bigger mobile cranes; round pads seat the cylindrical feet of MEWPs and boom lifts and roll for easy handling. Covering both shapes across more sizes means an operator can carry the right pad for each machine on the fleet.

Tough, light, weatherproof

The pads are moulded in high-grade HDPE and UHMW that resist impact, will not rot or absorb water, and stay light enough to place by hand. They live on the truck between jobs and shrug off weather, so the right size is always to hand when the ground turns out softer than the survey said.
